General terms and conditions of sale
Presentation
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of services carried out by NANA (Annelise Stern), a micro-entrepreneur registered in France under number 852957778.
Services concerned
The services offered for sale on the site include, in particular:
Express coaching for artists;
Artist workshops (online or in person);
Individual or group support;
Art + Tech Conferences (quote available upon request);
Creative campaigns and collaborations (quote available upon request).
Order and payment
Orders are placed online via the website or by signed quote.
Payment is due in full upon ordering, unless otherwise stated.
Payments are secure and made via approved providers (Stripe, PayPal).
Price
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and are not subject to VAT (article 293 B of the CGI - VAT exemption threshold).
They can be modified at any time, but services are billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed or started before the end of the 14-day period, with the prior agreement of the customer.
For all other services, a 14-day period applies from the date of purchase.
Cancellation or postponement
All cancellations must be notified in writing.
Up to 14 days before the scheduled date : 50% refund.
Less than 14 days before : no refund, except in cases of force majeure.
Annelise Stern reserves the right to postpone a session or coaching in the event of a major unforeseen event (illness, emergency, force majeure).
Customer obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate information and to comply with the conditions of participation (schedules, equipment, respectful behavior).
Any serious breach may result in exclusion without refund.
Intellectual property
All content provided (texts, methods, materials, visuals) is the exclusive intellectual property of Annelise Stern.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Responsibilities
Annelise Stern is committed to providing her services with professionalism and kindness.
It cannot be held responsible for the personal or professional results of the participants, nor for indirect damages.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district where the entrepreneur is domiciled.
